摘要
为提高国内特有的中走丝电火花线切割机床的加工精度和工件表面质量,研究了工作液智能交换控制系统的硬件设计。整个硬件系统设计采用模块化思想,以STC89C52单片机为控制核心,设计了电源模块、信号采集模块、控制模块和执行模块硬件电路。该系统结构简单,成本低,满足中走丝电火花线切割工作液智能交换控制的硬件要求。
In order to improve machining accuracy and surface quality of the work on China's unique MSWEDM,this paper studied the hardware design of the working fluid intelligence exchange control system. The system adopted the idea of modular design. The hardware system took STC89C52 microcontroller as the control core. The paper designed the power supply module,signal acquisition module,control module and the execution module hardware circuit. The system has simple structure,low cost,and to meet hardware requirements of intelligence exchange control System of MSWEDM working fluid.
