摘要
通过管式电阻炉,模拟了中间包覆盖剂对铝脱氧钢的二次氧化,在实验室条件下研究了MgO-CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-Cr_2O_3中的Cr_2O_3对铝脱氧钢二次氧化的影响。结果表明,钢中的总氧含量、铝损和中间包覆盖剂中的FeO含量都随着中间包覆盖剂中Cr_2O_3含量的增加而增加。在增加氧分压后,硅和铬都会发生二次氧化且硅的二次氧化比铬剧烈得多,并且随着保温时间的延长,覆盖剂中的Cr_2O_3、SiO_2和FeO都会再次发生二次氧化向钢液中传氧。
        The effect of Cr_2O_3 in the MgO-CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-Cr_2O_3 on the reoxidation in the tundish was studied by using a tube resistance furnace under laboratory conditions.It was found that the total oxygen content,the aluminum loss in the steel and the FeO content in the tundish cover power increased with the increase of Cr_2O_3.After increasing the partial pressure of oxygen,Si and Cr are oxidized and the oxidated degree of Si is much more severe than Cr.With the prolongation of the holding time,Cr_2O_3,SiO_2 and FeO in the tundish cover power will be reduced resulting in the reoxidation of the molten steel again.
