摘要
为改善弯道水流在泵站前池引起的偏流、回流、吸气旋涡等不良流态,基于FLUENT软件,将雷诺时均N-S方程与RNG k-ε双方程紊流模型应用于某实际工程侧向进水泵站前池的三维数值模拟中,对比分析整流前后泵站前池及进水流道流态的流速、流线变化,并建立流速分布均匀度目标函数,定量分析泵站进水流态的优劣。结果表明:在前池增设复合式导流墩并延长导流墙能够有效地调整弯道水流流向,减弱前池中的偏流和回流,提高水流的顺直度与均匀度,改善泵站进水条件,提高枢纽运行的工作效率。
        In order to improve the undesirable flow pattern such as flow deviation, reverse current, vortex caused by the bend flow in the forebay of pumping station, based on the Fluent software, the RNG k-ε turbulent was used to close the Navier-Stockes equations,the SIMPLEC algorithm method was used to simulate the flow field of side-inlet pumping station. The velocities and streamlines about the original and the rectifying schemes had been compared, the uniformity of normal velocity as target function had been adopted to analyze the inlet condition of forebay of pumping station. The results show that the flow pattern is significantly improved when the combined type diversion pier is arranged in the forebay and the length of guide wall is extended, making it earlier for flow to change direction. And there is no flow deviation and reverse current in the forebay. The rectifying measures can increase the straightness and uniformity of flow to make pumping station run effectively.
