摘要
目的探索基于问题的学习(PBL)教学模式在呼吸科临床技能培训中的应用效果。方法选取2015年10月—2017年7月在大连医科大学附属第二医院呼吸科实习的120名临床医学专业本科生为研究对象,按照呼吸科临床实习的特点设计方案,分别采用PBL教学和传统教学方法进行临床实践教学,授课结束后通过理论、技能考核和调查问卷的形式评估教学效果。结果 PBL教学模式在临床技能培训考核、临床思维能力、文献检索能力、自主学习能力、团队合作能力、学习兴趣、学习效率方面均优于传统教学模式,差异具有统计学意义。结论 PBL教学模式在呼吸科临床技能培训中教学效果显著,促进师生共同进步。
Objective To explore the effect of PBL teaching mode in clinical skill training of respiratory internship. Methods 120 interns of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University were divided into PBL teaching group and traditional teaching group respectively from October 2015 to July 2017. Teaching programs were designed and practiced according to the features of PBL pattern and the characteristics of respiratory diseases. Teaching effectiveness was evaluated with a questionnaire and an ability examination. Results The PBL teaching method was superior to the traditional teaching method in clinical skills test,clinical thinking ability,literature retrieval ability,selflearning ability,teamwork ability,learning interest and learning efficiency. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion PBL in clinical skills training of respiratory internship can not only improve the teaching effects but also promote the progress of teachers and students.
