摘要

目的分析临床护理路径在外周静脉中长导管护理过程中的应用效果。方法选取2017年5月到2018年5月期间中线导管患者60例,并将其分成对照组以及观察组,每组各30例。其中,对照组利用传统护理方法,观察组利用临床护理路径,按照患者药物输注特性并结合预期治疗时间,系统的对各项护理内容进行落实,对两组患者的护理工作满意度、并发症发生率等方面进行对比。结果观察组的患者护理满意度要比对照组高,中线导管有关并发症的发生率要比对照组要低。结论临床护理路径在中线导管患者护理当中能够大大提高患者满意度,降低并发症的发生几率,非常值得进行推广和应用。
        Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway in midline catheter nursing. Methods 60 patients with median catheter from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group,30 patients in each group. Among them, the control group using traditional nursing method, observation group using clinical nursing pathway, according to the actual demand characteristics and Central Line catheters in patients with different periods.The system for the implementation of nursing content, on two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing, complication rates,etc. Results The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications related to the median line catheter was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway can greatly improve the patients' satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications in the middle line nursing, which is worthy of promotion and application.
