摘要

目的讨论和发展我国医学的临床护理管理质量,其中对6S管理模式对患者产生的应用效果进行研究。方法随机选取近三年我院收治的60例相关患者,医务人员根据实际指标对其进行分组,保证30例患者为实验组患者,这部分患者主要接受6S管理模式,而另外30例对照组患者则是接受医务人员提供的常规护理管理模式,然后在一段时间后对比两组的各项指标的具体数据。结果可以发现所选取的实验组护理效果明显高于对照组,而且在6S的具体管理模式实施后,对实验组患者的护理满意度得到大幅度提升,明显高于对照组。结论在医学上采取6S管理模式主要可以达到提高我国临床护理管理质量的目的,提高护理的安全性和可靠性。
        Objective To discuss and develop the quality of clinical nursing management in China, and to study the application effect of 6S management model on patients. Methods 60 patients were randomly selected from our hospital in the past three years. Medical staff grouped them according to the actual indicators to ensure that 30 patients were in the experimental group. These patients mainly accepted the 6S management model, while the other 30 patients in the control group accepted the conventional nursing management model provided by medical staff. Then, after a period of time, the specific indicators of the two groups were compared. Data. Results It can be found that the nursing effect of the selected experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group, and after the implementation of the 6S specific management model,the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group has been greatly improved, significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The 6S management mode can improve the quality of clinical nursing management and the safety and reliability of nursing.
