AO-2246对聚氨酯阻尼及力学性能影响

摘要
聚氨酯(PU)中添加不同份数小分子AO-2246,研究了AO-2246对阻尼性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,PU/AO-2246体系的损耗因子-温度(tanδ-T)曲线只有一个转变峰,是热力学相容体系,随着AO-2246添加份数的增多,聚氨酯的最大损耗因子tanδ_(max)及对应峰值温度均随之提高,tanδ最大可达到1.51。添加适量AO-2246会提高聚氨酯的拉断伸长率,但同时会降低其拉伸强度和硬度。
        The different ratios of AO-2246 were added to the polyurethane, and the effects on damping and mechanical properties of polyurethane were investigated. The results show that the loss factor-temperature curve of PU/AO-2246 system has only one transition peak, which is a thermodynamic compatible system; that as the amount of AO-2246 increases, the loss factor of polyurethane and the corresponding maximum temperature increase, and tanδ_(max) can reach 1.51; that the elongation at break of polyurethane increases when the proper amount of AO-2246 is added, but its tensile strength and hardness reduce at the same time.
