摘要
针对网咖可利用的空间资源有限、屏幕难以放置至合适视角位置等问题,利用可展机构的原理,设计了一种剪叉式伸缩支架。以两层剪叉臂为基本单元,建立受力分析的力学模型,运用分层法对所设计伸缩支架各铰链点间的受力情况进行了分析,并推导出参数关系式。应用有限元分析软件对伸缩支架的剪叉臂进行了静力分析,以确保其使用的可行性。
Aiming at the issues that the display is difficult to place in the position with proper viewing angle due to limited available space resources in the internet cafe, a scissor-type retractable bracket was designed by using the principle of expandable mechanism. It took two layers of scissor arms as the basic unit to establish the mechanical model for stress analyses. Stratification was adopted to analyze the stretching force at each pivoting point of the designed retractable bracket in order to derive the parametric relationship.Finally, static analysis for the scissor-type arms of the retractable bracket was conducted by finite element analysis to ensure the feasibility of its use.
