摘要
铝锭连铸机铸造生产线的自动打包升降平台是提高生产线的自动化水平,节能、降耗的重要环节。以铝锭连续铸造生产线的自动打包升降旋转平台为研究对象,对升降旋转平台中的螺母丝杠副进行静强度的研究。基于Solid Works和Workbench软件,对升降台中的螺母丝杠副进行仿真研究,并提出改进建议。
Automatic packaging lifting platform is equipment in the continuous casting production line for aluminum ingot which is used to improve the level of automation,energy-saving and reducing consumption. This paper takes the automatic packaging lifting and rotating platform in the continuous casting production line for aluminum ingot as object of study to research on the static strength of the nut screw pair in this platform. The Solid Works and Workbench software is used to simulate the screw pair in the platform and the improvement suggestions are put forward.
