摘要
针对通风电机在运行过程中存在的问题,进行了相应的结构优化改造与创新,设计了一种高压变频隔爆型三相异步电动机。主要从该防爆电动机的四轴承结构、绝缘轴承以及稀油强制润滑等方面出发,增强电机的安全性以及可靠性,提高电机的工作效率。改进后的高压变频隔爆型三相异步电动机彻底解决了矿用主要通风机轴承发生故障率高的问题。
Aiming at the problems existing in the operation o f ventilation motor, the corresponding structural optimization and innovation are carried out, and a high voltage variable frequency explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor is designed. Starting from the four-bearing structure, insulating bearing and thin oil forced lubrication of the explosion-proof motor, the safety and reliability of the motor are enhanced, and the working efficiency of the motor is improved. The improved high voltage variable frequency flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor completely solves the problem of high failure rate of the main mine fan bearings.
