基于CDIO理念的表面工程项目制实验教学研究

摘要
针对表面工程实验教学中存在的不足,提出进行基于CDIO理念的项目制教学改革。以Inconel 718镍基高温合金加工用涂层数控刀片的制备及切削性能研究为例,介绍了以金属陶瓷为基体,进行PVD TiAlN和MTCVD Al_2O_3涂层的项目构思,基体材料、涂层工艺、涂层成分与厚度的匹配方案,涂层刀片的制造和组织性能检测,涂层数控刀片的切削服役实验,学习效果评价等环节。提高学生的工程实践能力和创新思维,为工科实验教学改革提供了参考。
        In view of the shortcomings of the surface engineering experiment teaching, the project-oriented teaching reform based on the concept of CDIO is put forward. A project is given as the example, which is on the preparation and cutting performance of coated cutting tools for Inconel 718 nickel based high temperature alloy. The idea of using Ti(C,N)-based cermet as substrate and PVD TiAlN/MTCVD Al_2O_3 coating, the designing of substrate composition, coating process, coating materials and thickness, the preparation and characterization of cutting insert, the application of the cutting tool, the evaluation by the learning effect are given in detail. The service of CNC blade coating experiment, teacher evaluation etc. The project can improve the students' engineering practice ability and innovative thinking, and provide reference for the reform of engineering experiment teaching.
