摘要

使用针刀技术治疗的病种繁多,治疗的安全性和所需技术水平差距较大。目前还没有形成影响广泛的针刀医学临床标准。本研究基于有效性原则,通过专家会议法、问卷调查法和文献调查法,确定针刀医学临床普及推广适宜病种,按照治疗操作的安全性和技术难度对病种进行分级。本研究认为标准化是规范针刀技术和针刀医学临床普及推广的重要手段,并提出应制定的针刀医学临床系列标准。
        There are many kinds of diseases treated with acupotomy technology with huge differences existing in the safety and technical levels required for treatment. At present, there is no widely influential standard of clinical acupotomology. Based on the principle of effectiveness, preponderant diseases for the popularization of clinical acupotomology are determined through expert meetings, questionnaire and literature survey. What's more, diseases are classified according to the safety and technical difficulty of treatment. This research believes that standardization is an important means to normalize acupotomy technology, and to popularize and promote clinical acupotomology. At last, this research proposes a series of standards for clinical acupotomology that should be developed.
