论习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想对共产党执政规律的深化

摘要
习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想作为马克思主义中国化最新成果,深化了对共产党执政规律的认识,它强调坚持以人民为中心,丰富党的执政理念;提出实现中华民族伟大复兴的梦想,明确新时代党的执政目标;形成"四个全面"战略布局,发展党的执政方略;推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,完善党的执政方式。不仅如此,"中国特色社会主义最本质的特征是中国共产党领导"这一论断的提出,更是从整体上深化了对共产党执政规律的认识,从而将中国共产党对执政规律的认识推向了新境界。
As the latest achievement of Sinicization of Marxism,Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era has deepened his understanding of the ruling law of the Communist Party,emphasized adherence to the people-centered and enriched the ruling idea of the Party,proposed the dream of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,defined the ruling goal of the Party in the new era,and formed the"four comprehensive"strategic layout to develop the Party.The governing strategy,the modernization of the State governing system and governing ability,and the improvement of the Party's governing mode.Moreover,the proposition of"the most essential characteristic of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the leadership of the Communist Party of China"has deepened the understanding of the ruling law of the Communist Party of China as a whole,thus pushing the understanding of the ruling law of the Communist Party of China to a new level.
