摘要
目的:拟探讨农村小学校长的工作压力、乡土情怀与职业倦怠间的关系。方法:采用问卷调研的方法,对江西省的405名农村小学校长进行问卷调查。结果:相关分析显示,工作压力各维度与农村小学校长职业倦怠正相关,乡土情怀与职业倦怠负相关。回归分析显示,工作压力中的主管领导、人际关系、家校冲突等方面对职业倦怠有显著预测作用。乡土情怀负向预测职业倦怠,同时还调节部分压力源与职业倦怠间的关系。结论:工作压力是农村校长职业倦怠的风险因子,乡土情怀则是保护因子,同时乡土情怀可以减弱工作压力对职业倦怠的负向影响。这些结果为农村教育领导的选拔及心理健康干预提供参考。
