2017年北京市朝阳区艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊HIV、HCV和梅毒检测情况分析

摘要
目的分析2017年北京市朝阳区疾病预防控制中心艾滋病自愿咨询检测(voluntary counseling and testing, VCT)门诊人群的抗HIV、抗HCV和梅毒抗体的检出情况,为今后制定相关预防策略提供可靠的依据。方法收集2017年朝阳区疾病预防控制中心自愿咨询检测门诊就诊者的血样,检测抗HIV、抗HCV和梅毒抗体,对其结果进行描述性统计分析。结果 692例就诊者中,男、女就诊者比例为9.3:1,21岁～40岁就诊者占80.78%。抗HIV、抗HCV、梅毒抗体的阳性率分别为29.91%、1.45%、14.74%。男性抗HIV阳性率(32.32%)显著高于女性抗HIV阳性率(7.46%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=17.83,P<0.05)。抗HCV阳性率男、女之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。男性梅毒抗体阳性率(16.00%)显著高于女性梅毒抗体阳性率(2.99%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.16,P<0.05)。结论 VCT人群抗HIV和梅毒抗体的阳性率较高,做好艾滋病和性病的预防控制宣传工作依然很有必要,青壮年男性的阳性率在各年龄组中最高,应该重点做好此类人群的宣传干预工作,同时青少年和老年也不能忽视。
Objective To investigate the detection of HIV, HCV and syphilis in VCT clinics in 2017, in order to provide a reliable basis for the future development of prevention strategies. Methods Blood samples were collected from VCT clinics of Chaoyang District Centre for Disease Control and Prevention in 2017. The descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on the detection results of anti HIV, anti HCV and syphilis antibody. Results Among the 692 clients, the male to female ratio was 9.3:1. The 21-40 year old clients accounted for 80.78%. The positive rates of anti HIV, anti HCV and syphilis antibody were 29.91%, 1.45% and 14.74%, respectively. The anti HIV positive rate of the male(32.32%) was significantly higher than that of the female(7.46%), and the differences had statistical significance(χ~2=17.83, P<0.05). The anti HCV rate had no statistical significance between male and female(P>0.05). The syphilis antibody positive rate of the male(16.00%) was significantly higher than that of female(2.99%), and the differences had statistical significance(χ~2=8.16, P<0.05). Conclusion The positive rate of anti HIV and syphilis antibody in VCT clients is high. It is still necessary to do a good job of prevention and control of AIDS and venereal diseases. The positive rate of male in young adults is the highest in all age groups. We should focus on the propaganda and intervention of such a group of people. At the same time, teenagers and elderly people can't be ignored.
