摘要

<正>随着医学影像学的进展,胰腺囊性疾病的检出率有了大幅度提升。由于胰腺囊性疾病涵盖的病因及其生物学行为差异极大,有些是明确的良性肿瘤,有些被认为是癌前病变,而有些则是低度恶性或者交界性肿瘤,所以,对此类疾病治疗决策的制定者提出了更高的要求。中华医学会外科学分会胰腺外科学组经过对相关领域内文献深入而广泛的研究,结合实际情况,多次讨论,形成本指南。以期帮助临床外科医师进一步认识胰腺囊性疾病,有助于该类疾病的规范化诊治。
