134例乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液致不良反应分析

摘要
目的:探讨乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液致不良反应的特点和一般规律,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性的研究方法,对2014~2017年海口地区134例乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液不良反应报告进行统计分析。结果:134例报告中,女性患者多于男性,60岁以上老年患者居多;原患疾病以呼吸道感染居多;50.75%不良反应发生在用药后30min内;临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害居多;多数患者在停药及对症治疗后好转或痊愈。结论:临床应严格按照药品说明书用药,并加强不良反应监测,提高用药安全性。
Objective:To investigate the characteristics and general rules of ADR induced by levofloxacin lactate injection and to provide a reference for clinical safe drug use. Methods:By retrospective study method,were analyzed the adverse reaction reports of 134 cases of Levofloxacin lactate sodium chloride injection from 2014 to 2017 in Haikou. Results:Among 134 reports,more women had suffered from adverse reactions than men,and most of the patients were aged above 60. Most of The original disease was respiratory tract infection,and 50.75% of the adverse reactions occurred within 30 minutes after patients were given the injection. The clinical manifestations were mainly skin and accessory lesions,and most patients improved or recovered after withdrawal and treatment.Conclusion:The clinical use of drug instructions should be strictly followed, and the monitoring of adverse reactions should be strengthened so as to improve the safety of drug use.
