石油气罐车爆炸燃烧事故树分析方法研究

摘要
使用事故树分析法,以临沂金誉石化有限公司"6·5"罐车泄漏重大爆炸着火事故为例,对石油气罐车爆炸事故进行分析,构建石油气罐车爆炸燃烧事故树。利用故障树分析软件,得到影响顶事件发生的最小割集和最小路径集,对基础事件的结构重要性系数进行了计算和排序,确定了影响事故发生的主要因素为接地不良所导致的油罐静电放电,以及静电积累所导致的油罐静电放电、油气泄露、油库通风不良导致油气达可燃浓度等因素,为了预防类似的石油罐车发生爆炸燃烧事故,提出相应的预防措施。
        Taking "6.5" tank car leakage major explosion and ignition accident of Linyi Jinyu Petrochemical Co., Ltd. as an example, the explosion accident of LPG tank car was analyzed by using fault tree analysis method, and the explosion and Combustion Accident Tree of LPG tank car was constructed. By using fault tree analysis software, the minimum cut set and the minimum path set affecting the occurrence of roof events are obtained. The structural importance coefficient of basic events is calculated and sorted. The main factors affecting the occurrence of accidents are determined as the electrostatic discharge of oil tanks caused by poor grounding, and the electrostatic discharge of oil tanks caused by electrostatic accumulation, oil and gas leakage, and oil depot ventilation failure, which lead to oil and gas arrival. In order to prevent similar explosion and combustion accidents of oil tanker trucks, the corresponding preventive measures are put forward.
