红外扫描测温装置在板坯连铸机二冷区的应用研究

摘要
针对红外辐射测温受到氧化铁皮、水膜、测量光路水蒸气等干扰因素影响的问题,对炼钢连铸坯表面温度扫描测量方法的应用进行了研究。通过试验,取得各种干扰因素分别对单波长、双波长红外辐射测温仪准确性的影响数据。采用双波长红外测温仪、水冷、空气吹扫等集成解决方案,设计了在二冷区对铸坯表面温度横向连续扫描测温装置。该装置解决了国内目前普遍存在的二冷区铸坯表面温度测量精度低、测温装置难以长期可靠运行的难题,实现了对不同宽度铸坯横向表面温度的连续、多点自动测量,整机测量精度达到±2%FS以上。扫描测温参数为提高连铸坯产品质量和新品种钢开发提供了准确的技术分析数据源。
        In view of the problems that infrared radiation temperature measurement is easily influenced by the interference factors,such as iron oxide skin,water film and water vapor in measuring light path and etc.,the application of scanning measuring method in measurement of the surface temperature of continuous casting steel slab is researched. By experiments,the influence data of various interference factors on the accuracy of single-wavelength and dual-wavelength infrared radiation thermometers are obtained. By adopting the dual-wavelength infrared thermometer,water-cooled,air purge and other integrated solutions,the surface temperature lateral continuous scanning temperature measuring device of slab in secondary cooling zone is designed. The device solves the problems of low accuracy of the surface temperature measurement of slabs in the secondary cooling zone and the temperature measuring device being difficult to operate reliably in long term,both of which are currently widespread in the country. The continuous and multi-point automatic measurement of the transverse surface temperature of the slabs with different widths is realized,and the measurement accuracy of the whole machine is up to ± 2% FS. The scanning temperature measurement parameters provide accurate technical analysis data sources for improving the quality of continuous casting slabs and developing new varieties of steel.
