摘要
[目的]为评价二嗪磷在水稻上使用后的残留行为及环境安全性,在浙江宁波进行了50%二嗪磷水乳剂在水稻上的田间试验。[方法]建立了液相色谱串联质谱检测稻田水、土壤、水稻植株和糙米中二嗪磷残留方法。[结果]二嗪磷在稻田水、土壤及水稻植株中的平均消解半衰期分别为2.5、8.7、9.9 d。按照750、1125 g a.i./hm~2的剂量,施药2次和3次,末次施药后10、20、30 d,二嗪磷在糙米中最终残留量低于国家残留限量(0.1 mg/kg)。[结论]50%二嗪磷水乳剂剂型环保、使用安全,适合在水稻上应用。
        [Aims] Field experiments were conducted in the Ningbo, Zhejiang province to evaluate residual behavior and environmental safety of diazinon 50% EW in paddy environment. [Methods] A LC/MS/MS method was developed for determination of diazinon in paddy field water, paddy field soil, paddy plant and unpolished grain. [Results] The results showed that the half-lives of diazinon in paddy field water, paddy field soil and paddy plant were 2.5, 8.7 and 9.9 d,respectively. When the application rates were 750 and 1125 g a.i./ha, application times were 2 and 3, and sampling times were 10, 20 and 30 days after the last application, the final residues of diazinon in unpolished grain were all less than the maximum residue limits(MRL) for diazinon in grain(0.1 mg/kg). [Conclusions] Diazinon 50% EW is environmentally friendly, safe and suitable for application in paddy.
