摘要
【目的】明确江浙地区秀珍菇双翅目害虫的种类、发生规律及其生物防治方法,为秀珍菇双翅目害虫防控提供科学依据。【方法】在江苏灌南、高淳和浙江淳安、江山的7个秀珍菇栽培基地采集双翅目害虫虫样,采用形态学特征和分子生物学方法对虫样进行分类鉴定;采用黄板诱虫法监测秀珍菇出菇棚害虫全年动态消长规律,绘制双翅目害虫消长动态曲线;在秀珍菇出菇期,采用喷雾法测定1%印楝素水分散粒剂1000倍稀释液和1200 ITU/mg苏云金芽孢杆菌以色列变种(Bti)可湿性粉剂500倍稀释液对双翅目害虫的防治效果。【结果】在江浙地区7个秀珍菇栽培基地采集虫样70份,通过形态学和分子生物学鉴定发现当地秀珍菇栽培中受到4科[眼蕈蚊科(Sciaridae)、蚤蝇科(Phoridae)、果蝇科(Drosophilidae)和瘿蚊科(Cecidomyiidae)]5属[迟眼蕈蚊属(Bradysia impatiens)、厉眼蕈蚊属(Lycoriella ingenua)、异蚤蝇属(Megaselia tamilncduensis)、果蝇属(Drosophila glabriapex)和瘿蚊科未知属]双翅目虫害的危害,其中迟眼蕈蚊属的异迟眼蕈蚊发生范围最广、样本数最多;黄板监测结果显示,江浙地区秀珍菇双翅目害虫全年在5—7月和9—10月出现两个高峰;对害虫的防治试验结果表明,印楝素和Bti对秀珍菇上的双翅目害虫均有明显的杀虫活性,第2次用药15 d后黄板上的平均成虫数分别只有89.73和101.27只/板,明显少于对照虫数(281.23只/板),印楝素防治效果略优于Bti,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】迟眼蕈蚊属的异迟眼蕈蚊是江浙地区秀珍菇栽培中害虫种类的优势种群;在江浙地区秀珍菇出菇棚中双翅目害虫全年有两个发生高峰,分别为5—7月和9—10月;印楝素和Bti两种生物药剂对秀珍菇上的双翅目害虫均有明显的杀虫效果,可作为防治秀珍菇双翅目害虫的药剂在生产上推广使用。
        【Objective】In order to provide scientific basis for the control of diptera pests on Pleurotus pulmonarius,the species,regularity of outbreak and biological control method of diptera pests on P. pulmonarius in the regions of Jiangsu and Zhejiang were studied.【Method】Diptera pests samples were collected in seven cultivation bases of P. pulmonarius in Guannan and Gaochun of Jiangsu as well as Chun'an and Jiangshan of Zhejiang. The collected pest samples were classified and identified by using morphological feature and molecular biological method. The dynamic curve of diptera pests was drawn according to annual dynamic regularity of pests in P. pulmonarius growth shed with yellow board insect trapping method. The control efficiency of 1% azadirachtin water dispersible granule(WDG)(1000-time diluent)and 1200ITU/mg Bacillus thuringiensis var. tsraelensis(Bti)wettable powder(WP)(500-time diluent)against diptera pests were determined by using spray method during P. pulmonarius growth period.【Result】Seventy pest samples were collected from seven cultivation bases of P. pulmonarius in four places of Jiangsu and Zhejiang. And 70 pest samples were identified by using morphology and molecular biology. The pest sample identification results showed that the cultivation of P. pulmonarius in Jiangsu and Zhejiang was damaged by four families of diptera pests containing Sciaridae,Phoridae,Drosophilidae and Cecidomyiidae and five genera including Bradysia impatiens,Lycoriella ingenua,Megaselia tamilncduensis,Drosophila glabriapex,and an unknown genus of Cecidomyiidae. The occurance area of Bradysia difformis of B. impatiens was the widest with the largest number of samples. The monitoring results of yellow board showed that there were two outbreak peaks of diptera pests on P. pulmonarius in the regions of Jiangsu and Zhejiang all the year round,May to July and September to October. The results of pest control test showed that both azadirachtin and Bti exhibited obvious insecticidal activity against diptera pests on P. pulmonarius. 15 d after second application of azadirachtin and Bti,the average adult quantities of diptera pests on each yellow board were 89.73 and 101.27 respectively. These two numbers were obviously lower than the number of control(281.23 pesst/board). In addition,the control effect of azadirachtin was better than that of Bti,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).【Conclusion】B. difformis of B. impatiens is the dominant population of pest species in P. pulmonarius cultivation in the regions of Jiangsu and Zhejiang. Besides,there are two outbreak peaks of diptera pests in P. pulmonarius growth shed in the regions of Jiangsu and Zhejiang all the year round,May to July and September to October. Moreover,two biological pesticides,Bti and azadirachtin,have in secticidal efficiency against diptera pests on P. pulmonarius,so they can be used as pesticides for the control of diptera pests on P. pulmonarius and are popularized and applied in production.
