摘要
物流一体化是京津冀一体化发展的重要组成部分,目前,物流标准化发展是物流一体化发展的巨大阻力。文章从物流标准制定的角度,根据京津冀物流一体化相关的政策,将物流标准分为基础类标准、公共类标准、专业类标准及标准化工作指导性标准,并构建测量物流标准建设水平的指标体系,运用云模型评价京津冀物流标准建设水平,找出京津冀物流标准制定的不足。研究发现京津冀地区物流标准制定水平相对属于高水平,但在基础类标准和标准化工作指导性标准的制定上相对较少,相关物流部门应加大制定力度。
Logistics integration is an important part of the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration. At present, the development of logistics standardization is a huge obstacle to the development of logistics integration. From the point of view of formulating logistics standards and according to the relevant policies of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics integration,this paper divides logistics standards into basic standards,public standards, professional standards and guiding standards for standardization work, and constructs an index system for measuring the level of logistics standards construction. The paper evaluates the level of logistics standards construction in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei by using cloud model, and finds out whether the standards of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics are formulated or not. Foot, the study found that the level of logistics standards formulation in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei region is relatively high, but in the basic standards and standardization work guidance standards formulation is relatively small, the relevant logistics departments should strengthen the formulation.
