摘要
为了解决准噶尔盆地南缘中段霍尔果斯背斜山前构造带古近系井壁失稳、钻具阻卡、轨迹偏离等难题,进行了超高密度油基钻井液、Power-V垂钻系统及NDS井底数据实时监测系统的研究和应用。研究结果表明:①超高密度油基钻井液能有效抑制泥页岩水化膨胀,提高井壁稳定性;②采用Power-V垂钻系统和NDS系统可对井底数据进行实时监测分析,及时调整钻井参数,有效控制钻井斜角;③H003井通过采用Power-V垂钻系统、NDS系统以及超高密度油基钻井液系列配套技术将井斜角控制在2.0°范围内,机械钻速较同井段邻井提高90%,而H11井全井段使用Power-V系统控制井斜的同时选用超高密度油基钻井液,抑制了泥页岩水化膨胀,提高了井壁稳定性。结论认为,霍尔果斯背斜运用相关配套工艺技术能较好地实现山前构造带高效、优质、快速的钻井目标,值得在类似地层区块加以推广应用。
        In order to solve the difficulties while drilling the Paleogene strata in the piedmont structural belt of Huoerguosi anticline,e.g. wellbore instability, drilling tool sticking and course deviation,ultrahigh-density oil based drilling fluid, Power-V vertical drilling system and NDS real-time downhole data monitoring system were researched and applied. And the following research results were obtained. First, the ultrahigh-density oil based drilling fluid can effectively inhibit the hydration swelling of shale so as to improve the wellbore stability. Second, Power-V vertical drilling system and NDS system can monitor and analyze the downhole data in real time so as to adjust the drilling parameters without delay and control the deviation angle effectively. Third, after the application of Power-V vertical drilling system, NDS system and ultrahigh-density oil based drilling fluid in Well H003, its deviation angle is controlled within 2.0° and its rate of penetration(ROP) is 90% higher than its neighboring wells in the same interval. While Power-V system is used in the full hole of Well H11 to control its deviation angle, ultrahigh-density oil based drilling fluid is also used to inhibit the hydration swelling of shale so as to improve the wellbore stability.In conclusion, the application of related supporting technologies in Huoerguosi anticline reaches the target of efficient, quality and fast drilling in the piedmont structural belt and these technologies are worth popularizing and applying in the blocks with similar strata.
