战略性新兴产业协同创新网络影响企业创新绩效的实证研究

摘要
外部环境的快速变化,已经不再给企业"单打独斗"来完成一项事业的时间,通过协同创新网络促进创新绩效是互联网时代企业提升竞争力的重要途径和不容回避的问题。基于160家战略性新兴产业的物联网企业问卷调查数据,探讨了协同创新网络、协同环境与企业创新绩效之间的作用机制,并运用探索性因子分析、回归分析等多种统计方法进行分析验证。研究结果显示,协同创新网络对企业创新绩效有正向的积极影响,协同环境对协同创新网络与企业创新绩效的关系有显著影响,并在二者之间存在部分中介效应。
The rapid changes in the external environment no longer give enterprises the time to complete a business by fighting alone.Promoting innovation performance through collaborative innovation networks is an important way and an unavoidable problem for enterprises in the Internet era to enhance their competitiveness.Based on the survey data of 160 IOT emerging industries of strategic importance,the mechanism of collaborative innovation network,collaborative environment and enterprise innovation performance was discussed,and various statistical methods such as exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis were used for analysis and verification.According to the research results,the collaborative innovation network has a positive impact on the innovation performance of the enterprise.The collaborative environment has a significant impact on the relationship between the collaborative innovation network and the innovation performance of the enterprise,moreover there is a partial mediation effect between the two.
