摘要
基于特质激活理论,探索了创造性人格对员工创新行为的影响。通过对8家企业343份配对问卷的实证分析,得到如下研究结论:创造性人格对员工的创新行为具有显著的正向影响;工作意义感部分中介了创造性人格对员工创新行为的影响;变革型领导对创造性人格与员工创新行为的关系起显著的调节作用;工作意义感部分中介了变革型领导对创造性人格与员工创新行为间关系的调节作用。
        Based on the theory of trait activation,this paper explores the impact of creative personality on employee's innovative behavior.Through the empirical analysis of 343 paired questionnaires from 8 enterprises,the results show as follows:creative personality has a significant positive impact on employee's innovative behavior;the sense of meaningful work mediates partly the effect of creative personality on employee's innovative behavior;transformational leadership plays a significant positive moderating role in the relationship between creative personality and employee innovation behavior;the sense of meaningful work mediates the role of transformational leadership on the relationship between creative personality and employee's innovation behavior.
