卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液在宫缩乏力性产后出血治疗中的应用价值探究

摘要
目的研究卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液在宫缩乏力性产后出血治疗中的应用价值。方法对2016年3月至2017年2月64例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者根据随机数字表分组。常规治疗组予以常规疗法,干预组在此基础上给予卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液。就两组患者产后出血情况、有效止血时间和宫缩乏力性产后出血预后转归、不良反应进行比较。结果干预组宫缩乏力性产后出血预后转归明显优于常规治疗组,P <0.05。干预组不良反应明显少于常规治疗组,P <0.05。干预组患者产后出血情况、有效止血时间均明显优于常规治疗组,P <0.05。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液在宫缩乏力性产后出血治疗中的应用价值高,可有效止血,减少出血,安全性高。
Objective To study the application of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection in the treatment of uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage.Methods From March 2016 to February 2017,64 cases of uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage were grouped according to random numbers.Routine treatment group was given routine therapy,and the intervention group was given Carboprost Tromethamine Injection on the basis of this.The prognosis and side effects of postpartum hemorrhage,effective hemostasis time and uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage were compared in the two groups.Results The prognosis of postpartum hemorrhage in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the intervention group were significantly less than those in the conventional treatment group,P<0.05.The postpartum hemorrhage and effective hemostasis time in the intervention group were significantly better than the conventional treatment group,P<0.05.Conclusion Carboprost Tromethamine Injection has high application value in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia,it can effectively stop bleeding,reduce bleeding,and has high safety.
