摘要
为实现厌氧反应器中产气量的精确计量,利用湿法集气原理设计并制作了一种集气体收集、气室状态切换和电子测量与控制于一体的计量装置,并对制作的装置进行标定和应用实验。结果表明该装置计量值和标准值的判定系数(R~2)达0.999以上,精确度为2.12;利用平均修正系数对数学模型进行修正后,装置计量值与标准值的线性回归方程接近正比例函数,R2为0.999 9,精确度为0.79;该装置与湿式气体流量计串联对ABR反应器进行了12 h的计量对比实验,两者计量的气体总量分别为29.513、29.356 L,相差0.25 L。表明该计量装置可进行产气量的精确计量。
        In order to achieve accurate measurement of the volume of anaerobic reactor,an automatic gas flow metering device for monitoring biogas production from laboratory-scale anaerobic reactor was designed.This device was composed of a gas collecting system,a gas chamber switching system,an electronic measurement and control system. Calibration experiments were carried out to verify the accuracy of this device.Results show that coefficient of determination R~2 between measured values and standard values is more than 0.999,and the accuracy is 2.12.After using average correction factor amend the mathematical model of device,the linear regressing equation between measured values and standard values is closed to proportional function,R~2 is 0.9999,and the accuracy is 0.79.Then,this device and a wet gas meter measured biogas production from an ABR reactor in 12 hours in series,the total gas productions of which are 29.513 L and 29.356 L.And the difference between them is 0.25 L.Experiment result indicates this metering device can accurately monitor biogas production.
