摘要
目的:通过正交试验设计方法优选人参花中人参皂苷Re和Rg1成分的提取工艺,为合理开发利用人参花提供科学依据。方法:采用RRLC-Q-TOF MS方法定量测定人参皂苷Re和Rg1的含量。以人参花中人参皂苷Re和Rg1含量为检测指标,以料液比、提取次数和提取时间为因素,采用L9(34)正交试验设计法优化人参花中人参皂苷Re和Rg1成分的提取工艺,从而确定人参花口服液的最佳提取工艺。结果:人参花水提液以人参皂苷Re和Rg1含量为指标测定,最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶12,提取次数为3次,提取时间为1h。结论:优选出的提取工艺稳定、合理,有效成分提取率高。
        Objective:To optimize the extraction process of ginsenosides Re and Rg1 from ginseng flowers by taking the content of ginsenoside Re and Rg1 as index.Methods:Taking the content of ginsenoside Re and Rg1 as index,orthogonal test was adopted to optimize extraction process of ginsenoside Re and Rg1 from ginseng flowers by taking material-liquid ratio,extraction times and extraction time as factors.The content of ginsenoside Re and Rg1 was determined by RRLC-Q-TOF MS.Results:The optimal extraction conditions are as follows:solid-liquid ratio is 1∶12,extraction time is 1 h,and extract 3 times.Conclusion:The verification test shows that the optimized extraction process is stable,reasonable and has high yield of active constituents.
