摘要
目的建立超高效液相色谱法同时测定红参中人参皂苷Rg_1、Re、Rf、Rb_1和Ro含量测定的方法。方法采用Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(2.1×100 mm, 1.7μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速0.4ml·min~(-1),检测波长为203nm,柱温为40℃。结果 5种人参皂苷在相应的范围内呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.9999),平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为98.85%、98.42%、98.51%、99.63%和98.80%,RSD分别为1.2%、1.5%、1.3%、0.8%和0.9%。结论该方法操作简单,高效,准确,可靠,可用于红参的质量控制。
To establish a UPLC method for the simultaneous determination of ginsenoside Rg_1, Re, Rf, Rb_1 and Ro in red ginseng. The analysis was performed on a Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column(2.1×100 mm, 1.7μm),using acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid aqueous as the mobile phase in a gradient mode at a flow rate of 0.4 ml·min~(-1). The detection wavelength was 203 nm and column temperature was 40℃. The five kinds of ginsenosides in the corresponding linear ranges showed good linear relationships(r≥0.9999); the average recoveries(n=9) were 98.85%,98.42%,98.51%,99.63% and 98.80%,RSD were 1.2%,1.5%,1.3%,0.8% and 0.9%.The established method is simple, efficient, accurate and reliable, which can be used as a method of quality control of red ginseng.
