老年人工全髋关节置换术应用中医护理的效果

摘要

目的探究老年人工全髋关节置换术患者应用中医护理对降低术后并发症的临床价值。方法对我院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的88例老年人工全髋关节置换术患者资料分析,将采取常规护理干预的44例患者作为对照组,将采取常规+中医护理干预的44例患者作为研究组,比较两组患者经不同护理方法后的并发症发生率。结果研究组患者经过中医护理干预后并发症发生率为2.27%,低于对照组的15.91%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论老年人工全髋关节置换术患者开展中医护理,能够明显降低并发症的发生率,效果显著。
        Objective To explore the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in reducing postoperative complications in elderly patients undergoing total hip replacement. Methods The data of 88 elderly patients with total hip arthroplasty admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were analyzed. 44 patients with routine nursing intervention were taken as the control group and 44 patients with routine plus traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention as the research group. The incidence of complications after different nursing methods were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.27% lower than that in the control group of 15.91%, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing for elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, and the effect is remarkable, which is worthy of promotion.
