摘要

目的研究手术室规范化护理配合在人工全髋关节置换术中的应用价值。方法选取2017年10月—2018年10月该院接诊并进行人工全髋关节置换术患者90例,随机均分为实验组(45例)和对照组(45例)进行实验。对照组患者接受人工全髋关节置换术的常规护理,实验组患者接受手术室规范化护理配合。比两组护理方法的应用效果。结果接受手术室规范化护理的实验组患者,平均手术准备时间、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间分别为(5.47±0.55)min、(3.63±0.51)h、(284.22±38.64)mL、(6.84±1.15)d,低于对照组患者的(6.25±0.93)min、(5.28±1.24)h、(349.8±54.37)mL、(8.67±1.58)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Harris、手术过程满意度、护理满意度评分分别为(94.35±3.88)分、(48.54±1.10)分、(48.28±0.86)分高于对照组患者的(86.72±4.56)分、(41.22±1.69)分、(40.53±1.27)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并发症发生率为4.44%,低于对照组的28.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在人工全髋关节置换术中,手术室规范化护理配合使手术室医师与护理人员、护理人员相互之间的配合度提高,进而提高了手术效率,改善了手术效果,患者术后关节疗效评分高,同时满意度也比较高,并发症发生少,值得相关手术室护理应用。
        Objective To study the application value of standardized nursing cooperation in operating room in total hip arthroplasty. Methods 90 cases of total hip arthroplasty patients admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group(45 cases) and the control group(45 cases) for the experiment.Patients in the control group received routine nursing of total hip arthroplasty, while patients in the experimental group received standardized nursing cooperation in the operating room. Compare the application effect of two groups of nursing methods. Results In the experimental group who received standardized nursing care in the operating room, the average surgical preparation time, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and hospitalization time were(5.47±0.55)min,(3.63±0.51)h,(284.22±38.64)mL, and(6.84±1.15)d, respectively. The patients were(6.25±0.93)min,(5.28±1.24)h,(349.8±54.37)mL,(8.67±1.58)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); Harris, surgical procedure satisfaction, and nursing satisfaction scores were(94.35±3.88)points,(48.54±1.10)points,(48.28±0.86)points was higher than the control group(86.72±4.56)points,(41.22±1.69)points,(40.53±1.27)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the complication rate was 4.44%, which was lower than the control group's 28.89%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In total hip arthroplasty, operating room standardized nursing cooperation emergency.accord to doctors and nurses, nursing cooperation degree to improve each other, and improve the operation efficiency and improve the operation effect and postoperative patients with joint effect of high scores, and satisfaction is higher, less complications, is related to the operating room nursing application.
