摘要

全面深化教育体制机制改革,人才培养是核心问题。应用型本科人才培养工作事关高校的核心利益和我国高等教育的成败,制订应用型本科人才培养标准是保证人才培养质量的基础。应用型本科人才培养标准集中体现为人才培养目标与规格,具有文化性、社会性、自主性。制定应用型本科人才培养质量标准,需要制订科学合理的人才培养方案、课程内容、教学大纲和人才培养质量评价等管理规范与执行机制。
        Talent cultivation is the core problem in the comprehensive deepening of education system.The application-oriented undergraduate training influences the core interests of colleges and universities as well as the success of China's higher education.Application-oriented undergraduate training standards serve as the basis for ensuring the quality of talent cultivation.The application-oriented undergraduate cultivation standards,which are cultural,social and autonomous,are mainly presented in objectives and specifications of talent cultivation.In the process of teaching practice,universities need to develop scientific and reasonable talent cultivation program,course content and teaching outline and quality evaluation of talent cultivation.
