一株植物乳杆菌的粘附能力及免疫调节作用研究

摘要
从西藏地区传统乳制品中分离得到的4株乳杆菌中筛选出一株粘附能力较强的植物乳杆菌TD109,选取不同剂量的菌悬液给小鼠灌服,于30 d后测定相关的免疫指标。实验结果表明:灌服植物乳杆菌TD109后,小鼠的胸腺指数由对照组的2.46提高到了高剂量组的2.93,脾脏指数由对照组的2.84提高到高剂量组的3.54;IL-2含量由对照组的126.01 ng/mL提高到高剂量组的295.08ng/mL、IFN-γ水平由对照组的122.66 ng/mL提高到高剂量组的149.81 ng/mL,TNF-α质量浓度由对照组的113.30 ng/mL降低到高剂量组的72.96ng/mL;同时MTT实验的结果也从对照组的0.994提高到高剂量组的1.868。初步证明了植物乳杆菌TD109对机体免疫能力有增强的作用。
        Lactobacillus plantarum TD109 with a strong ability of adhesion was isolated from 4 Lactobacillus strains obtained from traditional dairy products in Tibet area. Mice were fed with different doses of bacterial suspension for 30 days. Related immune indexes were subsequently determined. The results showed that after consuming Lactobacillus plantarum TD109, the thymus index by 2.46 in the control group increased to 2.93 in the high-dose group, the spleen index raised from 2.84 of the control group increased to 3.54 of the high-dose group. IL-2 content increased from 126.01 ng/mL of the control group to 295.08 ng/mL of the high-dose group, IFN-γ levels went up to 149.81 ng/mL in the high-dose group from the control group of 122.66 ng/mL, the content of TNF-α decreased from 113.30 ng/mL of the control group to 72.96 ng/mL of the high-dose group. The data of MTT experiment was increased to 1.868 of high-dose group from 0.994 in the control group. It demonstrated that Lactobacillus plantarum TD109 had the ability of enhancing immunity.
