摘要
目的探讨八仙汤及其组方的各单味药材挥发油的组成成分。方法采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取八仙汤及含挥发油的组方药材麻黄、苦杏仁、陈皮、桑白皮的挥发油,并通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对其进行分析鉴定和比较研究。结果八仙汤中挥发油的GC-MS化学信号主要来源于组方药材麻黄、苦杏仁和陈皮,但单味药材麻黄和苦杏仁中一些化学信号在复方八仙汤中未检测到,亦有挥发油成分在八仙汤中发现而在单味药材中未检测到。结论本研究利用GC-MS比较分析八仙汤及组方药材中挥发性成分的变化,为揭示其效应物质基础和配伍机理奠定基础。
Objective To explore the volatile components of Baxian Decoction and its major constituting herbs. Methods The volatile oils obtained by steam distillation of Baxian Decoction and its major constituting herbs(Ephedrae herba, Armeniacae semen amarum, Citri reticulatae pericarpium and Mori cortex) were analyzed by GC-MS. Results The GC-MS chemical signals of volatile components of Baxian Decoction were mostly derived from Ephedrae herba, Armeniacae semen amarum and Citri reticulatae pericarpium. However, chemical signals of volatile components from Ephedrae herba and Armeniacae semen amarum were not detected in Baxian Decoction. There were also little amount of volatile oil found in Baxian Decoction but not detected in constituting herbs. Conclusion In this study, GC-MS is used to compare and analyze the volatile components in Baxian Decoction and its constituting herbs, so as to lay a foundation for revealing its effective substance basis and compatibility mechanism.
