摘要
研究了回火工艺参数对含钼焊缝组织及性能的影响。试验结果表明,采用NB-1SJ焊条焊接,焊缝组织为贝氏体+弥散碳化物+少量残余奥氏体。经过200、400和600℃回火处理后,随着回火温度的升高,焊缝组织逐渐转变成稳定的平衡组织,硬度下降,焊缝的韧性得到改善。
The effects of tempering process parameters on the microstructure and properties of welded seam of molybdenum were studied. The results show that the microstructure of weld seam are bainite, dispersion carbide and a small amount of residual austenite after NB-1SJ electrode welding. After 200℃, 400℃ and 600℃ tempering treatment, with the increase of temperature, the microstructure of weld seam gradually turns into a stable equilibrium microstructure, and the hardness decreases, and the toughness of the weld seam improves.
