古代灸疗医案中的灸法应用规律研究

摘要
目的:探索中国古代灸疗医案中的灸法应用规律。方法:电脑检索和手工查阅秦代至清代相关书籍,构建古代灸疗医案数据库,从灸疗病症特征、施术部位、灸材、灸法、灸量等角度综合分析古代灸疗医案中的灸法应用规律。结果:共纳入医案342则,灸疗适宜病症较多,多治疗皮外骨伤科痈疽、疔疮等炎性病症和内科病症,其中,多为急症。灸疗多选取局部单穴;在病灶局部施灸也较多见。灸材以艾为主,灸法多样,灸量掌控较灵活,疗效显著。结论:灸疗多治疗皮外骨伤科炎症和内科病症,多治疗急症;在施灸部位上多选取局部施灸;临床实践中应重视对灸量的掌握,灸当得气。
Objective: To explore the application of moxibustion in ancient Chinese moxibustion therapy cases. Methods:Computer retrievaling and manual reviewing of books from the Qin dynasty to the Qing dynasty, an ancient moxibustion medical record database was constructed. Ancient moxibustion medical treatment law in ancient medical records was comprehensive analyzed from the perspective of moxibustion treatment characteristics, operation site, materials, methods, dose and other aspects.Results: A total of 324 medical records were included, oxibustion can be applied to many diseases, and it is more suitable for epidermal orthopaedics inflammatory diseases such as abscess, gangrene, ding and medical conditions. Acute illness usually be treated by it. Moxibustion therapy selects a local single point; moxibustion is also more common used in the lesion area.Moxibustion materials are mainly moxa, moxibustion therapy is diverse, moxibustion dose control is more flexible, and the effect is remarkable. Conclusion: Moxibustion therapy is more effective in epidermal orthopaedics inflammatory diseases and medical conditions. Acute illness usually be treated by it; location is usually applied to the regional moxibustion site; in clinical practice,the mastery of moxibustion quality should be emphasized, and moxibustion should have the arrival of qi.
