摘要
遮光罩是应用于天基光学系统中起消除杂散光作用的主要结构组成部分。遮光罩材料主要是有机玻璃(PMMA),其光学散射特性决定其消杂光的效果。而目前光学系统的杂散光分析多限于软件仿真。为此,提出一种用于遮光罩材料光学散射特性的测试系统,利用精密的位移装置,通过光电倍增管进行数据采集,得到被测目标表面的双向反射分布函数(BRDF),用以评价材料的光学散射特性。实验测试聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)漫反射板的BRDF,测试结果与国际上相同条件下测试结果一致。对比光滑表面和非光滑表面的黑色及白色有机玻璃材料的BRDF,结果可为遮光罩设计提供参考。测试系统不仅可以用于非透明目标的BRDF,也可以用于透明及半透明目标的BTDF (双向透射分布函数)。
        Baffle is the main material to eliminate stray light the space-based optical system. The most common material used for baffle is Polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA),whose optical scattering characteristics determine the elimination efficiency of stray light. At present, most of the stray light analyses are relied on software simulation. For this purpose,a test system for optical scattering characteristics of the PMMA materials is presented. By using the precise adjusting mechanism,data is collected through the photomultiplier tube. And the bidirectional reflection distribution function(BRDF) of the surface of the target could be depicted,which could estimate the optical scattering characteristics of the materials. The BRDF of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) diffuse is boardtested by experimentare,which is consistent with the international test results under the same conditions. The feasibility of this test device is verified by comparing the BRDF of black and white PMMA plates of smooth and non-smooth surfaces. The results can provide a reference for the design of the baffle. The test system can be used not only for BRDF of opaque targets,but also for BTDF(bidirectional transmission distribution function) of transparent and translucent targets.
