“零缺陷”患者管理理念对手术室护理安全和质量的影响

摘要
目的探讨"零缺陷"患者管理理念对手术室护理安全和质量的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月~2016年5月320例手术患者为对照组,选取2016年6月~2017年9月330例手术患者为观察组。对照组实施常规手术室护理管理,观察组实施"零缺陷"患者管理理念。对比两组患者护理安全和质量及满意度。结果观察组护理缺陷和不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,且平均护理质量得分及满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "零缺陷"患者管理理念可明显减低手术室护理缺陷和不良事件,降低患者围手术期风险,显著提高手术室护理管理质量和满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of "zero defect" patient management concept on the safety and quality of care in the operating room. Methods A total of 320 patients from January 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the control group. 330 patients from June 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the observation group. The control group to implement routine operating room care management, observation group implementation of "zero defect" patient management philosophy. Comparison of two groups of patients with care safety and quality and satisfaction. Results The incidence of care and adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The average score of nursing care and satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion "Zero defect" patient management concept can significantly reduce the operating room care defects and adverse events, reduce the perioperative risk of patients, significantly improve the operating room care management quality and satisfaction.
