中国对湄公河流域国家OFDI的出口效应研究——基于东道国投资环境的影响

选用2004—2016年数据,基于PEST框架,运用变异系数TOPSIS评价法综合测评湄公河流域国家投资环境,用基于引力模型的面板数据回归模型研究东道国投资环境影响下对其OFDI对中国产生的出口效应,有助于深化澜湄合作。实证结果表明:湄公河国家投资环境在不断改善,但国别差异明显;对其OFDI总体上表现为出口促进效应;投资环境对出口效应产生正向的调节作用,投资环境较好的国家贸易效应也较好,反之亦然。对此,应因地制宜的作出投资决策,控制跨境投资的风险;利用"一带一路"建设机遇,促进投资环境的优化;推进"澜湄合作"的深入开展,构建澜湄流域命运共同体。
