摘要
目的分析铜川0~7岁儿童25-羟维生素D水平。方法选择2015年1月1日至2017年1月31日于我院进行健康体检的0~7岁儿童6 930例为研究对象,采用酶联免疫法测定血清中25-羟维生素D的水平,并分析不同年龄及不同性别儿童的维生素D水平。结果 0~7岁儿童中,25-羟维生素D缺乏与不足的比例为17.84%;>3~7岁儿童25-羟维生素D水平最低,25-羟维生素D水平缺乏及不足占比最高。同一年龄段中,男童和女童的25-羟维生素D水平比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05);同一性别儿童中,随着年龄的增长,25-羟维生素D水平逐渐降低(P<0.05)。结论铜川地区儿童维生素D水平总体良好,但随着年龄的增加维生素D缺乏与不足的状况逐渐凸显,应引起广泛关注。
        Objective To analyze the level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in children aged 0-7 years in Tongchuan area.Methods A total of 6 930 children aged 0-7 years in Tongchuan area who received physical examination in our hospital were selected as the study objects. The levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in serum of the children were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, and the levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in children with different ages and sexes were compared. Results In children aged 0-7, the rate of 25-hydroxyvitamin D deficiency and insufficiency was 17.84%, and children aged >3-7 with the lowest level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D and the highest 25-hydroxyvitamin D deficiency and insufficiency rate. In the same age group, there was no statistical difference between boys and girls in the level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D(P>0.05), but the level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in children of the same sex gradually decreased with the increase of age(P<0.05). Conclusion The vitamin D status of children in Tongchuan area is generally good, but with the increase of age, the situation of vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency is becoming more and more prominent, which should be paid close attention.
