摘要

长江是中华文明的发源地,地缘战略价值极为突出。在"生态优先,绿色发展"、"共抓大保护,不搞大开发"新时代背景下,沿岸城市应融合国家三大战略和区域发展战略资源,进一步突出主体功能定位、优化发展空间布局、加速产业变革步伐、厚植绿色发展基础、推进生活方式变革,尽快建立起协同、联动机制,加快创建沿岸城市生态文明示范带,为美丽中国建设提供示范。
        The Yangtze river is the birthplace of Chinese civilization, geostrategic value is outstanding. In the context of the new era of "ecological priority, green development" and "joint protection and development", coastal cities should integrate resources from the three major national and regional development strategies. We will further focus on positioning the functions of the main body, optimizing the spatial distribution of development, accelerating the pace of industrial transformation, strengthening the foundation for green development, and promoting the transformation of the lifestyle. We will establish coordination and linkage mechanisms as soon as possible, and speed up the creation of demonstration zones for ecological civilization in coastal cities to provide a model for the construction of a beautiful China.
