炼焦煤性质对铁焦性能影响的试验研究

摘要
铁焦是高炉冶炼的重要燃料,也是目前较为先进的高反应焦炭。在高炉冶炼过程中,铁焦的质量会影响到冶炼钢铁成品的产出数量和质量。炼焦煤是铁焦的重要组成部分,对铁焦质量影响较为明显。为了进一步探究影响铁焦性能的因素,通过多组试验的方式,对炼焦煤各性质进行分析,找出炼焦煤性质与铁焦性能之间的规律。试验表明,炼焦煤的灰分、硫分决定了铁焦的灰分、硫分;炼焦煤的挥发分越高,铁焦的气孔率越高;在V_(daf)=27%,G=82条件下,铁焦的机械强度性能趋于最佳;在V_(daf)=26.84%~28.93%,G=72.00~82.19条件下,铁焦的热性质也达到较高水平。根据这些试验结论,可改变炼焦煤的性质产出多种性能的铁焦,满足不同生产要求的需要。
        Iron coke is an important fuel for blast furnace smelting,and it is also an advanced high reaction coke at present.In the process of blast furnace smelting,the quality of iron coke will affect the output and quality of smelting steel products.Coking coal is an important part of iron coke,and has an obvious effect on the quality of iron coke.In order to further explore the factors affecting the performance of iron coke,the various properties of coking coal are analyzed through multiple groups of experiments,and the laws between the properties of coking coal and iron coke are found.The test shows that the ash and sulfur content of coking coal determines the ash and sulfur content of the iron coke.The higher the volatile of coking coal,the higher the porosity of the iron coke.Under the condition of Vdaf=27%and G=82,the mechanical strength of the iron coke tends to be the best.Under the condition of Vdaf=26.84%~28.93% and G=72.00~82.19,the thermal properties of the iron coke also reached a high level.Therefore,according to these test conclusions,the properties of coking coal can be changed to produce various kinds of iron coke to meet the needs of different production requirements.
