摘要
教师不仅是提升教育质量的关键因素,更是高校实现"立德树人"目标的根本。教师的知识结构包括过硬的政治素质、精湛的业务能力、高超的育人水平,直接决定着教师的教育教学水平和人才培养质量。当前,我国高校教师知识结构还存在着不少问题,究其原因,主要是教师的职业特点阻碍了教师知识结构优化的主动性,隐性知识开发利用不够,评价机制不力弱化了教师知识结构优化的紧迫性。因此,必须从政府政策层面、高校管理层面和教师个人层面着手,不断优化教师知识结构,最大限度实现教师教书育人功能,实现高校人才培养目标。
Teachers are not only the key factors to improve the quality of education but also the foundation of realizing "educating people by virtue" in universities. Teachers' knowledge structure includes excellent political quality,excellent professional ability and excellent education level, which directly determines their educational and teaching level and the quality of personnel training. At present, there are still many problems in the knowledge structure of university teachers in China. The main reasons are that the professional characteristics of teachers hinder the initiative of optimizing their knowledge structure, and the inadequate development and utilization of recessive knowledge and the inadequate evaluation mechanism weaken the urgency of optimizing their knowledge structure. Therefore, we must continue to optimize teachers' knowledge structure in terms of government policy, university management and teachers to maximize the realization of the function of teachers' teaching and educating people and achieve the goal of talent cultivation in universities.
