体外膜肺氧合联合俯卧位通气治疗重症人感染H7N9禽流感3例护理

摘要

总结应用体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)联合俯卧位通气治疗重症人感染H7N9禽流感患者3例的护理经验。3例患者经ECMO联合俯卧位通气治疗后均成功治愈出院。2种治疗方法联合应用专业技术要求高,临床护理难度大,需细化ECMO带机状态下俯卧位通气的治疗监测与护理管理,特别是重视并发症的预防及基础护理,才能提高救治成功率。
