摘要
唐钢不锈钢公司1580热轧板材生产线现有2座高温空煤双蓄热步进式加热炉,为降低煤气消耗,在炉膛内衬上增设了杯状陶瓷质传热辐射体,利用其增加炉膛辐射面积,提高炉膛内壁发射率,提高炉子加热能力,取得了约9%节能率以及改善钢坯加热均匀性的效果。
The Tangshan stainless steel corporation 1580 hot rolling plate production line has two high temperature air and gas dual regenerative reheat walking beam furnaces. The calathiform ceramic radiant heat transfer cells were fixed on the inside wall of the furnace to reduce gas consumption. By enlarging the area and enhancing the emissivity of the inside wall surface through the radiant heat transfer cells, the gas 'use level of the furnace decreased by about 9%. Meanwhile, the heat homogeneity of the steel plates got better.
