摘要

目的探析综合性护理干预对甲状腺手术患者术后优甲乐治疗遵循率、护理满意度及负面情绪影响的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年6月~2018年12月期间经甲状腺手术的住院患者88例,随机分成综合护理干预观察组和常规护理干预对照组两组各44例,比较两组患者在优甲乐治疗遵循率、护理满意度、SAS及SDS自评量表方面的差异。结果经综合护理干预后的观察组在优甲乐的治疗遵循率、护理满意度及SAS及SDS评分量表方面效果均好于只有常规护理干预的对照组。结论经综合护理干预后的甲状腺术后患者疗效得到提高,不良情绪及护理满意度得到了改善,值得推广。
        Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the compliance rate, nursing satisfaction and negative emotions of patients with thyroid surgery treated with euphorbia. Methods 88 patients who underwent thyroid surgery in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into comprehensive nursing intervention group and routine nursing intervention control group, 44 cases in each group. The differences of compliance rate of Euphorbia treatment, nursing satisfaction, SAS and SDS score scale between the two groups were compared. Results After comprehensive nursing intervention, the observation group was better than the control group only with routine nursing intervention in compliance rate of Euphorbia treatment, nursing satisfaction and SAS and SDS score scale. Conclusion After comprehensive nursing intervention, the curative effect of patients after thyroid surgery has been improved, and the bad mood and nursing satisfaction have been improved, which is worthy of promotion.
