摘要
基于Flex无线智能传感器技术设计可用于岩土工程的位移监测系统。主要思路是以Flex传感器技术为基础,通过标定试验得出Flex传感器信号与传感器弯曲角度对应的关系;模拟边坡加载试验中采集的数据信号,推算出土体变形角度和位移变化量,从而实现对边坡位移的监测。由标定结果可知,在0°~60°的测量范围内Flex传感器信号与弯曲角度呈现出良好的线性关系,其分辨率可达到0.3°~0.4°。基于边坡加载模拟试验,对Flex传感器与位移传感器测量的结果进行比较,得到了监测结果与位移传感器监测结果吻合良好。试验结果表明Flex传感系统能够有效地对边坡加载情况进行实时监测,在预防边坡方面有着良好的应用价值和前景。
        Design of displacement monitoring system for geotechnical monitoring based on Flex wireless sensor technology. Main idea is based on Flex sensor technology. Through the calibration test,the relationship between the Flex sensor signal and the sensor bending angle was obtained. Then the data signal collected from the simulation slope loading test was used to derive the deformation angle and displacement distribution in order to realize the monitoring of slope displacement. From the calibration results,it can be seen that the Flex sensor signal and bending angle show a good linear relationship with a measurement range of 0°~60°,and the resolution can approach 0.3°~0.4°. Based on the slope loading simulation test,the results of the Flex sensor and the displacement sensor are compared,and the monitoring results are in good agreement with the displacement sensor. The test results show that the Flex sensing system can effectively monitor the slope loading condition in real time,which has good application value and prospect in preventing slope.
