武义县青少年健康危险行为调查分析

摘要
目的分析武义县青少年健康危险行为的流行特征,为制定干预措施、开展健康安全教育提供参考。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法对学生采用自我管理式问卷调查。计算构成比,差异采用χ2检验。对缺乏锻炼、吸烟、饮酒、自杀意念、网络成瘾、骑自行车违规等健康危险行为进行问卷调查,并对其影响因素进行非条件Logistic回归分析。结果武义县青少年缺乏体育锻炼、吸烟、饮酒、网络成瘾、自杀意念、骑自行车违规、严重受伤、性行为和打架行为的报告率分别为23. 08%、19. 98%、23. 31%、14. 93%、73. 71%、15. 04%、5. 51%和19. 52%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,高中生易发生骑自行车违规和严重受伤行为(OR值分别为0. 81和0. 60),高中生也易发生网络成瘾和性行为(OR值分别为0. 52,0. 50);女生易发生自杀意念行为和缺乏体育锻炼行为(OR值为0. 40和0. 43),男生易发生吸烟、网络成瘾、骑自行车违规和严重受伤行为(OR值分别为2. 82,1. 52,0. 81,0. 64);性别是吸烟、网络成瘾和性行为的危险因素(OR值为2. 82、1. 52和2. 61),自杀计划和打架是吸烟的危险因素(OR值为2. 36和1. 68),吸烟是饮酒和自杀意念的危险因素(OR值为4. 28和2. 20)。结论武义县青少年各种健康危险行为普遍存在,多发现象突出,健康危险行为的预防要通过家庭、学校和社会多方制订综合干预策略。
Objective To analyse the epidemiological features of health risk behaviors among adolescents in Wuyi County,and to provide reference for interventions and health education. Methods Multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling was used to select students for a self-management questionnaire survey. The composition ratio was calculated and χ2 test was used for analyzing the difference. Questionnaire survey was conducted on health risk behaviors such as lack of exercise,smoking,drinking,suicidal ideation,Internet addiction,cycling violation,etc.,and unconditioned Logistic regression analysis was conducted on the influencing factors. Results The reported rates of physical inactivity,smoking,drinking,Internet addiction,suicidal ideation,cycling violation,serious injury, sexual behavior and fighting behavior were 23. 08%,19. 98%,23. 31%,14. 93%,73. 71%,15. 04%,5. 51% and 19. 52%,respectively. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that high school students were prone to cycling violation and serious injury( OR values were 0. 81 and 0. 60 respectively),and were also prone to Internet addiction and sexual behavior( OR values were 0. 52 and 0. 50 respectively); girls were prone to suicidal ideation and physical inactivity( OR values were 0. 40 and 0. 43 respectively),while boys were prone to smoking,Internet addiction,cycling violation and serious injury( OR values were 2. 82,1. 52,0. 81 and 0. 64,respectively). Gender was a risk factor for smoking,Internet addiction and sexual behavior( OR values were 2. 82,1. 52 and 2. 61 respectively). Suicide planning and fighting were risk factors for smoking( OR values were 2. 36 and 1. 68 respectively). Smoking was a risk factor for alcohol consumption and suicidal ideation( OR values were 4. 28 and 2. 20 respectively). Conclusions Various kinds of health risk behaviors are common in Wuyi County,and the aggregation of health risk behaviors is also conspicuous. Prevention of health risk behaviors should be based on the comprehensive intervention strategies of family,school and society.
