摘要
为了降低工程机械动力系统的能耗、噪声和废油处理对环境的影响,以某型号液压挖掘机为研究对象,采用无节流损失的伺服电机驱动定量泵的直驱液压技术替代传统的发动机-变量泵-多路阀-执行元件的阀控技术;建立工作装置动力学、泵控缸液压系统、伺服电机、控制系统多学科领域的系统模型,通过典型挖掘循环下的仿真分析研究其系统跟踪性能、能耗和系统效率。研究成果对工程机械的新能源化(纯电驱动或混合动力化)具有理论和实际意义。
        A conventional valve controlled system of construction machinery usually consists of a diesel engine,a variable displacement pump,multi-way valves and actuators. Aiming to reduce energy consumption,noise and pollution produced by waste oil of construction machinery,we replace the conventional valve controlled system of a hydraulic excavator with a pump controlled cylinder driven by a servo-motor. A multi-domain model for the excavator is built,consisting of a working-set,a hydraulic system,an electric motor and a control system. The simulation of the proposed system is carried out. Tracking performance,energy consumptions and energy efficiency of the proposed system are analyzed through simulation analysis under typical mining cycles. The research results have theoretical and practical significance for new energy utilization of construction machinery( pure electric drive or hybrid power utilization).
