摘要
机床热误差不可避免,而热误差在机床的总误差源中占比又重。因此,对热误差产生的原因进行分析,总结了目前热误差控制补偿技术常用方法,列举了几种热误差补偿中存在的问题,最后对热误差补偿技术今后的发展方向进行了展望。
The thermal error of the machine tool is inevitable, and the thermal error accounts for a large proportion of the total error source of the machine tool. Therefore, the causes of thermal error are analyzed, and the common methods of thermal error control compensation technology are summarized. Several problems in thermal error compensation are listed. Finally, the future development direction of thermal error compensation technology is prospected.
